Main Definitions
1.1. HOTFIKS mobile application owned and administered by the Administrator, in which the Clients are allowed to submit their Orders for the services they need and to purchase the services offered by the Contractors, concluding transactions with them for the provision of services to the Client, and the Contractors, respectively, are allowed to offer their services to the Customers.
1.2. The administrator is Hotfiks UAB, legal entity code 306203619.
1.3. Visitor is an individual or legal person who has committed to comply with these Procedures, but has not yet acquired the Right of Use, who can use the Mobile Application to a certain extent until the moment of registration in the Mobile Application.
1.4. The customer is an individual or legal person who has committed to comply with these Procedures and has registered in the Mobile Application, i.e. i.e. having properly filled out the Application and having a Customer Account created for him, thus acquiring the right to fully use the Mobile Application (Right of Use) on the basis of this Procedure.
1.5. The Executor is an individual or legal person who is committed to comply with these Procedures and who has acquired the right to use the Mobile Application on the basis of an individual online service agreement concluded with the Administrator, who, using the Mobile Application, can offer their services to the Customer who submitted the Order and sell them to the Customer, entering into a transaction with him for provision of services to the Customer.
1.6. "HOTFIKS mobile application usage procedure" is placed in the Mobile application, which must be followed by both the Administrator, the Customer (including Visitors) and the Operator who have the right to use the Mobile application.
1.7. The right of use is the right of the Administrator to create an Account on the basis of this Procedure, and the Customer is granted the right to use the Mobile Application free of charge, so that the Customer, using the Mobile Application, can independently and at his own discretion search for the provision of the services he needs by submitting Orders, and can directly enter into transactions with the Executors for such services. provision of services to the Customer.
1.8.
